Thursday

Breakfast:
1/2 c egg beaters scrambled
1 c silk light chocolate soy milk
1 banana
1 c mushrooms (sauteed in lemon juice and garlic)
1 1/4 c of ore ida country style shredded hash browns

Lunch:
2 Latortilla Factory Whole Wheat low carb, high fiber tortillas
2 wedges of laughing cow light creamy garlic & herb
4 oz turkey breast shredded
1 c diced tomatoes
1 c salad shreds (shredded lettuce)
1 large mandarin orange

Dinner:
4-4"x4" Belgian waffles
1 TBS ICBINBL
1/4 c mrs butterworth, sugar free syrup

Exercise:
Sit tight DVD
walking 30 minutes in neighborhood

Water
72 oz water
